Banana Roast Nendrappazham pori Ingredients:
(1) Ripe banana – 2 (each cut into 3 pieces 0
(2) Wheat flour – 50 grams
(3) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(4) Salt – to taste
(5) Sugar – 1 tea spoon
(6) Oil – 1 table spoon (only if you want)
Procedure for cooking Banana Roast Nendrappazham pori
Cut each banana vertically into 3 pieces. Mix wheat flour with all other
ingredients, add a little water also and make that mixture just like dosa
mix. Dip each banana piece one by one in the mixture and keep them spread
in the crisp. Pour 1/3 tea spoon full of oil over each banana piece. Roast
the banana for 5 minutes in combination method. Flip the pieces after
4 minutes while roasting.
