Banana Pudding Nendrakka Pudding Ingredients:
(1) Ripe banana – 4
(2) Egg – 2
(3) Sugar – 1 tea spoon
(4) Milk – 1 cup
(5) Vanilla – 2 tea spoon
(6) Ghee – a little
Procedure for cooking Banana Pudding Nendrakka Pudding
When the cooked banana becomes cold, remove its skin and fiber and grind
it to a paste. Add egg, milk and sugar into that and heat. Stop heating
when the mixture becomes thick. Now add essence. Transfer the contents
into another vessel which is already wiped with ghee. Keep the vessel
in an idly cooker and do steam cooking. When the pudding is cooked, take
out and serve.
