Banana Chutney Nendrakka Chutney Ingredients:
(1) Raw banana – 3 (medium size)
(2) Big onion – 1
(3) Green chilly – 4
(4) Tamarind – a little
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
(6) Curry leaves – a little
(7) Oil – as required
Procedure for cooking Banana Chutney Nendrakka Chutney
Cut the banana into long thin pieces. Fry them in oil. Chop the big onion
into small pieces and mix that with grated coconut, tamarind and salt.
Stir well. Add the fried banana pieces into this mixture and stir thoroughly.
This is to be consumed before the banana pieces loose their crispness.
