Ayala Curry South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Ayala Curry Ingredients:
(1) Ayala fish or ghee fish – 9 pieces (400 grams)
(2) Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
(3) Coconut – half of a small coconut
(4) Coriander seed powder – 6 tea spoons
(5) Big onion – 1
(6) Tomato – 3 (chopped into small pieces)
(7) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(8) Tamarind – 10 grams
(9) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure Ayala Curry
Mix ingredients (2) to (6) together and grind the mixture in a mixer.
Transfer the puree to a bowl or a pyrex dish and mix in water. Add turmeric
powder, salt and tamarind to that and heat it for 8 minutes in microwave,
keeping the vessel open. Then add the fish pieces, stir well and cook
again for 7 minutes in microwave.
