Arrowroot Biscuit Koovappodi Biscuit Ingredients:
(1) Maida flour – 2 cups
Arrowroot powder – 2 cup
Baking powder – 1 inch
Salt – 1 pinch
(2) Butter – 1 cup
(3) Sugar – 500 grams
(4) Egg – 2
Procedure for cooking Arrowroot Biscuit Koovappodi Biscuit
Mix ingredients under (1) together and stir well. Mix the sieved arrow
root flour with butter, sugar and egg. Press the mixture on a wooden board
without much thickness. Then cut them out in different shapes. Keep the
pieces spread on a tray which is already wiped with ghee. Roast them for
10 minutes and then take out.
