Anchovy Stir Fry Netholi Thoran Ingredients:
(1) Cleaned Anchovy fish – 250 grams.
(2) Grated coconut – 250 grams
(3) Green chilly – 3
(4) Tomato – 2
(6) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(7) Tamarind – 10 grams
(8) Curry leaves – a little
(9) Salt – adjust to taste.
Procedure for cooking Anchovy Stir Fry Netholi Thoran
Grind ingredients (2) to (6) to get a rough paste. Add the remaining ingredients
and the Anchovy fish into that paste, stir well and mix thoroughly without
adding water, transfer into a bowl and keeping the bowl closed, cook for
10 minutes in microwave.
