Amla Kichady Nellikka Kichady Ingredients:
(1) Amla fruits – 15
(2) Curd – 1 cup
(3) Grated coconut – ½ cup
(4) Green chilly – 5
(5) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
(6) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
(7) Red chilly – 3
(8) Curry leaves – a little
(9) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Amla Kichady Nellikka Kichady
Keep the Amla fruits in boiling water for a few minutes. Remove the seed
from the Amla. Grind the Amla, coconut and green chilly together. Add
salt and a little water and boil. After boiling, add curd and take from
the stove. Finally add roasted mustard seeds and stir.
