Amla Chutney Nellikka Chutney Ingredients:
(1) Amla fruits – 250 grams
(2) Chilly powder – 2 tea spoons
(3) Cumin seeds – ½ tea spoon
(4) Sugar – 50 grams
(5) Salt – to taste
Procedure for cooking Amla Chutney Nellikka Chutney
Cook the Amla fruits and remove the seeds. Mix sugar, chilly powder, cumin
seeds, Salt and water and boil. After boiling take out of the stove, keep
for cooling and then serve.
