Aloo Raitha South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Aloo Raitha Ingredients:
(1) Potato – 2 (cooked)
(2) Curd – 2 cups
(3) Salt, pepper – as required
(4) Green chilly – 2 (chopped)
(5) Coriander leaves – 1 tea spoon (chopped)
(6) Chilly powder – ¼ tea spoon
(7) Cumin seed powder – ½ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Aloo Raitha
Take the cooked potato, peel off its skin and crush it. Break the curd
and mix that with the crushed potato. Then add salt, pepper, green chilly,
coriander leaves, chilly powder and cumin seed powder and stir well. Keep
it for cooling and then serve.
