Kerala egg rice is a popular fried rice recipe,the method of cooking egg rice is easy and quick ,you need only very few ingredients to prepare keala egg rice like onions,peas,rice & egg .

List of ingredients to prepare egg rice is given below.

EGG FRIED RICE
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 c. frozen green peas
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 c. cooked long grain rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. soy sauce

How to prepare to cook egg rice

Chop onions
Beat egg & keep aside
Clean the rice with water,drain & keep aside
Method of cooking kerala egg fried rice

Preheat a pan ,add oil,when the oil is hot add the chopped green onions & peas and sauté till the onion cooked,now add the rice & fry till the rice is crispy & water content goes,push the rice mixture to the side of skillet so to form a well in the centre ,pour egg into the well & cook until set ,stir occasionally ,Stir rice till the egg get mixed well with rice ,now add the soy sauce & stir well to mix it uniformly.

Now our Kerala egg fried rice is ready to be served along with pickle or curd
