Egg : 6 ( cooked )
Onion : 1 ( cut into pieces)
Tomato : 1 ( cut into pieces)
Green chilli : 3 ( slit into two )
Garam masala powder : a pinch
Turmeric powder : a pinch
Garlic : 4 pods ( ground to a paste )
Ginger : a small piece ( ground to a paste )
Salt : as needed
Oil : as needed
Mustard : to season
Curry leaves : to season
Coriander leaves : a little

Cut onion into pieces
Slit green chilli
Make garlic paste
Make ginger paste
Hard boil eggs ,peel & keep aside ,boil eggs for around 15mins ,peel
it after cooling .
Method of cooking egg gravy receipes
Take a pan & heat it,when it is hot add oil,now add the mustard seeds
,let it to splutter,now add the curry leaves,add onion and fry till onion
pieces turn golden color,Add green chilli,tomato,garlic paste,ginger paste,garam
masala paste powder,turmeric powder & salt . Add hard boiled eggs
& cook in low fire ,cook for few mins ,Now our egg gravy recipe is
ready to be served .
