Egg bhaji Method of cooking & Ingredients required
Egg bhaji recipes is a tasty tea time snack,you could carry egg bhajis
when travelling .
To make egg bhaaji you need eggs,tomatoes,green chillies,ginger,onions,haldi
powder,chilli powder,garam masala etc .
6 eggs boiled
3 green chillies
1inch ginger sliced
2 large onions
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
Preparation of Egg bhaji receipe
Hard boil eggs in boiling water 15 mins,cool it down & peel it ,cut
the eggs into two pieces .
Slice chillies & ginger length wise
Keep all other egg bhaji ingredients ready
Method of cooking egg bhaji recipie
Heat a pan,add oil when it is hot,add onion slices,ginger,chillies and
fry till onions turn golden brown,now add the chopped tomatoe pieces and
cook for 5 minutes,after that add all the masala powders and cook till
the raw smell disappears .
Now add the egg pieces and mix till the egg coated with the masala ,
Cover the egg bhaji and cook for another ten minutes .
No need to add water while cooking the egg bhaji recipes
Now our egg bhaji recipe is ready & serve hot
