Wheat dosa recipe is an instant dosa recipe ,with in
minutes you could prepare wheat dosa .Wheat dosa is good for diabetic
patients .
For making diabetic wheat dosa you should have wheat flour ,onions,chilli
powder,cilantro .Here is the list of ingredients with its quantities is
given below .
Ingredients for wheat flour dosa
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 medium sized onion
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1/4 bunch cilantro
Method of cooking Wheat dosa recipe
Chop onion& cilantro ,take wheat flour in a bown,add onions,cilantro
,red chilli powder & salt to it & mix it well – Add water
to this mixture slowly & keep on mixing it till it achieves consistency
of dosa batter – Keep it aside for few minutes or immediately you
could start making intant wheat dosas .
Keep a dosa pan on the stove,when it is hot ,rub it with oil ,pour a
table spoon full of wheat dosa batter to the pan & spread it in circular
evenly .Put oil around the dosa ,when the wheat dosa turns golden brown
turn it the other side & remove it with in five seconds .
