How to prepare maida dosa recipes
Maida dosa is a tasty dosa & quickest
dosa ,Its not good to eat maida dishes daily ,even though once in a while
we could eat maida .
You could make plain maida dosa ,just make batter with maida by diluting
it with water to a consistency of dosa batter .But the plain maida dosa
may not be so tastier ,we will make it more tastier by adding onion,ginger,coriander,green
chillies to the batter .
Ingredients for maida dosa is given below with their quantities .
Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 2 cups
Onion(chopped) - 1 no
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Green chillies - 4-5 nos
Coconut pieces - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Soda Bicarb - very little
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Salt - As reqd
Method of cooking Maida dosa
Chop onion,chillies,ginger ,coconut pieces & coriander leaves –
mix all these with maida along with salt & soda bi-carb –dilute
with water to make a consistent batter ,not too thick & light .
Heat a pan & rub oil – pour batter on it & spread the dosa
batter in a circular shape & sprinkle ghee on top of it ,flip the
sides & remove maida dosa from the pan when both sides were
cooked
