Cooking Instant dosas , instant dosa recipes
Instant dosa is made with ready to fry dosa batter ,which does not need
any time to soak or ferment ,we could make dosa immediately after grinding
the batter ,if you have time ,its always better to keep the batter aside
for some time .
There are many varities of instant dosa recipe ,you can use maida,rawa,or
wheat flour to make instant dosas ,here is another instant dosa or quick
dosa prepared with rava /rawa/suji
For preparing instant dosa of this type you need to have wheat flour ,rice
flour ,chickpea flour ,black gram flour & salt are required .So we
could call this instant dosa as whole wheat dosa or rice flour dosa or
chickpea flour dosa or black gram flour dosa .
Ingredients for instant dosa is given below
• 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
• 1 Cup Rice Flour
• 1 Cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
• 1 Cup Black Gram Flour (Urad Flour)
• Water and Salt as required
• Oil
Method of cooking instant dosa
Take a bowl ,add all the flours required for instant dosa ie wheat flour,rice
flour,chickpea flour & black gram flour with salt – dilute this
mixture with water till it achieves the consistency of our normal dosa
.
If you feel the consistency of the instant dosa recipe is not correct
,you can add the flour or water as per the situations to achieve the correct
consistency .
Heat the dosa pan ,when it is hot rub oil on the pan ,pour a ladle full
of instant dosa batter & spread it uniformly in a circular shape .
Flip the shape when it is cooked & add oil on the sides of the instant
dosa as you like .Keep in on the pan for few more seconds & remove
it from the pan – Intant dosa is ready to be served with coconut
chutney or green chutney .
