Karacha dosa is a special & rare dosa
recipe –you may be tasted normal dosa,rava dosa, & maida dosa
,but in karacha dosa all these flours mixed together .So it will be more

Method of cooking Karacha dosai recipesKaracha dosa batter is prepared by mixing together rava,maida & rice flour – diluting them with water with out any lumps . You may be familiar with our traditional dosa batter ,make this Karacha dosai too as thick as dosa batter .,add little salt to the batter –if the karachi dosa batter is thick add little rice flour to the batter. Adding curd to the Karacha dosa batter is optional ,if you want the Karacha dosa to be soft add sour curd . In a pan take oil ,after heating up add mustard seeds ,after it splutters add cumin seeds & this together to the dosa batter . Add chopped onions,coriander leaves,ginger & green chillies to the batter & mix it well . Keep this Karacha dosa batter for half an hour before making dosa . Heat up a pan & rub oil on it – Pour a table spoon full of
batter on to the pan & spread it in circular shape ,apply little oil
above the dosai ,apply few drops of oil around the edges of the dosa ,so
that Karacha dosa will be easily separated from the pan
