Recipe for Cauliflower Pickle Introduction
This is a very tasty and different pickle made with cauliflower and the ingredients easily available at home.

1. Cauliflower - 4 cups
2. Red Chilli Powder - 1 cup
3. Mustard Seeds powder - 1 cup (Ground mustard seeds)
4. Salt to taste (little less than 1 cup)
5. Lemon Juice - 1 cup
6. Garlic (full) - 2
7. Oil - 1 Cup

Method of preparing Recipe for Cauliflower Pickle

Wash and cut the cauliflower in to small pieces and let them air dry on a paper or on a dry cloth. You can even put carrot in the pickle (optional) dry them for about for an hour.

Fry the mustard seeds in a non stick pan and grind to a powder.

Take a broad ceramic bowl add the chopped cauliflower, carrot, chilli powder, ground mustard seed powder, salt as required lemon juice, grated garlic pods, oil and mix well. Allow the mixture without disturbing it for two days till the florets are well seasoned in the mixture. It can be used later.

Method of serving Recipe for Cauliflower Pickle

Cauliflower pickle tastes best when served with hot aloo paratha or any other variety of roti.

This pickle can be prepared and kept outside and used for a week or it can be refrigerated and used when required
