Indian recipes Cauliflower Introduction
Indian cauliflower is basically prepared with using eggs and deep fried
it is very different to cook but very tasty to eat because of its crunchiness.
Ingredients
• 1tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
• 3 Large Eggs (beaten to blend)
• 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
• 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 Large Cauliflower
• ½ tsp Paprika
• ¼ tsp Pepper
• 2 tsp Olive Oil and 1 tbsp salt

Cutting
Break the cauliflower in to big florets, slice them half and wash them
under running water.
Blending
In a bowl break the eggs and whisk them with flour, pepper, salt and butter
with a blender.

Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame now dip the florets in the egg batter
and fry them till golden brown in colour. Remove the florets on a paper
to drain the excess oil.
Method of serving
Take a serving plate place the fried florets in the center Decorate the
plate with the shredded cabbage and rings of onion. Serve hot with tomato
ketchup or even with mint chutney.
