Cauliflower Roast Indian Introduction
This is a quick to make cauliflower based dry side dish without deep fry.
Ingredients
• One head Cauliflower
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp Oil
Method of Preparing Cauliflower Roast Indian
Cutting
Wash and break the head of cauliflower and cut into small florets and
keep aside. The quantity will be more if the pieces are smaller.
Mixture
Take a bowl. Pour 2 tbsp of oil, chopped cauliflower florets and add salt
as required and mix well.
Method of Cooking Cauliflower Roast Indian
Preheat the oven to 400F. Spread the mixture on a greased baking tray
and cook it till it is golden brown by stirring and tossing the cauliflower
florets for every 10 minutes
Method of Serving
It tastes best when served hot and crunchy. It can be decorated by keeping
lemon wedges on the outer side of the serving plate.
Summary
This dish goes along with Chinese Fried Rice and even with South Indian
Variety Rice.
