Cauliflower Kerala – Masala Cauliflower Recipe Introduction
This is a wonderful recipe that you can prepare and surprise your guests.
This gravy is very delicious, easy to make with ingredients available
in the kitchen.
Ingredients
Cauliflower medium sized 1
Paneer cubes 1 cup
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder ½ tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tbsp
Butter 2 tsp
Salt to taste

Cutting
Chop the cauliflower and keep aside. Cut the tomatoes in to small pieces,
slice the onion thinly chop the coriander leaves finely and keep it ready
before you start to cook.
Method of cooking Cauliflower Kerala – Masala Cauliflower Recipe
Heat 2tbsp of oil in a shallow pan and sauté the finely sliced
onions till light pink in colour. Add the chopped tomatoes, chili powder,
turmeric, and the garam masala powder. Stir well for a while.
Put the Paneer cubes and chopped cauliflower, add a cup of water and salt
as required and bring it to boil on a slow flame. Cover it with a lid
make sure that the florets should not get overcooked.
Method of serving
Take a serving dish and pour the cooked cauliflower masala into the dish
and sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves on top. Decorate the sides of
the gravy with sliced tomato rings. Serve hot with rice, Poori, Roti,
Dosa.
Summary
This recipe is worth preparing than the usual south Indian gravies like
sambhar etc.
