Capsicum fry is a tasty recipe which is very simple recipe .Capsicum fry is prepared by adding chopped Capsicum pieces to spluttered cumin seeds ,green chillied,pepper, & salt & cooking it till it turns soft .
Here is the list of ingredients for Capsicum fry – we should cook it in low flame ,as we are not adding any water – Capsicum fry will be cooked from the heat in the pan & the steam inside the closed pan .
Ingredients:

Capsicum - 4 no.(mixed colours, chopped in to chunks)

Oil - 2 tbspn
Cumin seeds - 1 tspn
Green chillies - 4 no. (slit)
Curryleaves - few

Turmeric- 1/2 tspn
Cayenne pepper - 1/4th tspn
Salt to taste

Chick- pea flour - 2 tspn

Method of cooking Capsicum Fry

Heat oil in a flat non-stick pan & add cumin seeds ,after it splutters add green chillies ,curry leaves ,Now add Capsicum chopped pieces fry until it browned –Now add the powders in our ingredients list – turmeric,pepper & salt –cook until capsicum is done ,now add chick pea flour and stir for few minutes ,now switch off the stove & remove the pan from the stove –transfer the Capsicum fry to a serving bowl – Capsicum fry is great to be served with Chapattis & rice .
