Capsicum besan sabji/Capsicum besan sabzi is a recipe in which besan and
other spices mixed together & fried to make a stuffing mixture for
the capsicum ,later these stuffed capsicum pieces are fried in a pan till
it cooked .
So here is the list of ingredients to cook the capsicum besan sabji /capsicum
besan sabzi .We could call this recipe as capsicum besan sabji or besan
capsicum sabzi .
Ingredients:
• Capsicum (Shimla mirch), medium size 3 or Banana Chili large size,

• Coriander leaves, freshly chopped 1/2 cup
• Olive or Canola oil 3 tspn
• fresh lime/lemon juice, 1 tsp
• Water, 200 ml
• Besan (Gram flour) 3 Tbsp
Spices:
• Red chili powder, 1 tsp
• Salt, to taste
• Coriander powder, 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp
• Mint leaves dried corse powder, 1 tsp
• Amchur (dried mango powder), 1 tsp
Cooking the Capsicum besan sabji
First of all wash the capsicum & slit them to remove their seeds .
Make the stuffing mixture
Mix all spices except amchur in besan ,heat a pan,preferably non sticking
frying pan ,pur oil and add the besan mixture to fry it till it turns
brown ,it may take 15 minutes to turn it brown ,so it gives out a typical
flavour .
Now mix coriander leaves & lemon juice to the coriander leaces ,add
200 ml water to make this thick paste .
Fill this mixture to the capsicum pieces .
Put all these capsicum pieces in to hot oil in a pan & fry all the
sides till it cooked –
Now the Capsicum besan sabji is ready to be served .
