Brinjal peas curry recipes
Brinjal is good for reducing cholesterol ,so here is yet
another brinjal recipe with peas . This recipe is healtht ,tasty &
easy to cook brinjal recipe
Brinjal peas curry is prepared with ,as its name suggests peas & brinjal
as main ingredients in addition you need garlic,chilli,dhanya powder,cocunut,salt
& oil .You may need to have a grinder or mixi to make garlic paste
or use the readymade garlic paste .
Ingredients:
Brinjal 1 pound ( 370 gms approximately)
Dhaniya powder 3 tbs
Fresh grated coconut or coconut powder 6 tbs
Salt as per requirement
Chilli powder 1 tbs
Fresh Green peas 1/2 cup
Garlic 5 flakes
Oil
Method of cooking brinjal peas curry or brinjal curry with green peas
.
Take a pan & place it on the stove –add oil add the garlic paste
or garlic pieces in to the pan
And fry for few minutes ,now add green peas & let it fried ,now add
brinjals .close the pan with a lid and allow it to get cooked until it
turns soft .
When brinjals are soft add dhaniya , chilli powder, salt and grated coconut
.Cook it on high flames for few minutes ,that’s all your Brinjal
peas curry recipe is ready .
Take hot rice with ghee in a plate & have it with Brinjal pea curry
