Indian recipes using brinjal as main ingredient is many ,many of the Indian recipes cooked with brinjal ,here we will discuss a special Indian brinjal recipe for you – named as “Brinjal Thair Bhaji”

Brinjal curd fry .

To prepare this Brinjal Indian recipe you need to have ,as its name indicates 1 big brinjal or 6 or 7 small brinjals & Curd in addition you should have ,channa dals,mustard seeds,Urad dhal ,coriander & curry leaves & oil ,salt .
To prepare this brinjal Indian recipe an oven is needed to bake the brinjal & later to peel its skin – if you don’t have an oven ,fry the brinjal in the pan with oil till it turn soft & then peel it .

Here is the list of ingredients for brinjal Indian recipe - Brinjal Thair Bhaji”
1 Big Brinjal (6 small bringals will also do)
Channa dhal 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Yogurt or thick curd 4 cups
3 Green Chillies cut into small pieces
Salt to taste

Coriander leaves
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Urad dhal 1 tsp

Method of cooking Brinjal Thair Bhaji ,a tasty Indian brinjal reciepe

First of all you have to peel the skin of brinjal after cooking it either using an oven or in a pan – to cook it in an oven ,apply oil on the brinjals & place it in a 350 degrees preheated oven or fry it in a pan with oil till brinjal get softened ,after cooling the brinjal peel off its skin .
In the mean time you can put oil in the pan & add mustard seeds & allow it to splutter after that add uradh dal ,channa dal,green chillies,curry leaves ,fry them until the uradh dal turns brown .Remove it from the stove & place it in a container - add yogurt & salt to the mixture placed in the container . Add the peeled brinjal to the mixture & smash it till the brinjal gets well mixed up with yogurt & other ingredients .Add coriander leaves & check the salt .
Now your’s Brinjal Curd Bhaji ,the tasty brinjal Indian recipe is ready & have it with hot rice .
