Wheat Steamed Cake (Gothampu Puttu)
(1) Wheat flour – 2 cup
(2) Grated coconut – ½ cup
(3) Salt – adjust to taste
Soak wheat flour with water, add salt and mix well without formation of lumps. Fix the slit in Puttu maker and fill with alternate layers of soaked wheat flour and grated coconut. Then cook it in steam.
