ProcedureGrind the raw rice into a nice flour and mix that with coconut milk and keep for 6 hours, by which time it will turn sour. Then add sugar and cardamom powder into that and stir. Add dry grapes and cashew nuts also. Apply oil inside a steel vessel and pour the mixture into that to form a thick mass. Keep the vessel inside an idly cooker and cook that in steam. Then take the cake out side, Cut into pieces of uniform size and shape and serve.
