Rava Dosa making at home
Ingredients
(1) White Rava – ½ kg
(2) Black gram – ¾ kg
(3) Oil – 2 table spoon
(4) Green chilly – 6
(5) Curry leaves – a few
(6) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure
Soak black gram in water and grind. Roast the rava and mix that with the black gram paste. Then add pieces of green chilly, curry leaves and salt, stir well and keep for an hour. Then pour it on the kadai and roast, then flip the dosa and roast both sides.
