How to make Picassa Dosa
Pissa Dosa
Ingredients
(1) Wheat flour – 1 cup
(2) Big onion chopped into small pieces – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 piece (chopped)
Big tomato – 2 (chopped)
Salt – adjust to taste
Water – sufficient quantity
(3) Egg – 2
(4) Oil – ½ cup
(5) Chopped coriander leaves – as required
Procedure
Mix thoroughly all the ingredients together and the final mixture must be thicker than usual dosa mix. Apply oil on the kadai, heat that and pour the mixture. Spread in the shape of dosa and roast both sides by flipping.
