How to make Ghee Dosa or Ney Dosa at Home.
Ghee Dosa (Ney Dosa) Preparation
(1) Rice – ½ kg
(2) Black gram – ½ kg
(3) Ghee – 3 tea spoon
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
Grind rice and black gram and mix salt. Heat kadai, apply ghee on that and spread the mixture on that with minimum thickness. Pour ghee on the dosa and flip it to make both sides crisp.
