Ingredients
(1) Rice – 1 kg
(2) Black gram – 400 grams
(3) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure :
Soak and grind rice and black gram separately. Mix them together and add water and salt also. When fermentation starts heat kadai, apply oil on that and pour the mixture on that and spread with minimum thickness. Flip again and again till both sides become crisp.
