Soft Chappathy making is an art to be learn with experience
Chappati making tips
(1) Wheat flour – 1 kg
(2) Salt – adjust to taste
(3) Vegetable Oil – 3 table spoons
Add salt, boiling hot ( that is the secret of Soft Chappathi)water and vegetable oil to the wheat flour and mix thoroughly. Then keep the flour closed for an hour.
Make small balls with the flour mix. Sprinkle a little dry flour on the wooden board and press the balls into thin uniform circular shaped chappatis.
Heat the kadai and roast the chappatis one by one on that. Both sides are to be roasted.
