Tasty Ada Dosa Batter Making
Ingredients
(1) Raw rice – 1 cup
Sambar Dhal – 1 cup
Black gram – 1 cup
(2) Small onion – 8
Green chilly – 5
(3) Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Asafoetida powder – ½ tea spoon
Salt – adjust to taste
(4) Gingley oil – 50 grams
Procedure :
Soak well the ingredients under (1) in water and grind them. Then add chopped pieces of green chilly and small onion. Finally add ingredients under (3) and stir well. Then roast the dosa on the kadai.
