Step by Step White Cake or Vellayappam making
White Cake Vellayappam
Ingredients :
(1) Raw rice – ½ kg
(2) Rava – 1 spoon
(3) Coconut – ½
(4) Toddy – ½ glass
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure :
Mix nice flour of raw rice, milk extracted from the coconut and toddy. Keep the mixture for fermentation. After that add salt and stir well. Then roast it on a kadai as we make dosa.
