Vegetable Idli Making
Ingredients :
(1) Raw rice – 4 cups
(2) Green gram – 100 grams
(3) Carrot – 50 grams
(4) Tomato – 1
(5) Snake gourd – 50 grams
(6) Spinach leaves – 50 grams
(7) Cabbage – 50 grams
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure :
Soak the raw rice, add the vegetables into that and grind them together. Add salt also and make idlis in an idli maker.
(The excess idlis may be cut into small pieces and fry in coconut oil and can be served as a snack.)
