Ingredients
(1) Rice – 500 grams
Black gram – 300 grams
(2) Fenugreek – 2 tea spoon
Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure
Grind rice separately and black gram and fenugreek together. Mix both the pastes, add salt and stir well. Pour the mixture on the heated kadai, spread like a dosa, roast both sides and take out.
