Tapioca Steamed Cake (Maracheeni Puttu)
Ingredients :
(1) Tapioca – 1 kg
(2) Grated coconut – 1 cup
(3) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure :
Remove the skin of tapioca, wash it and chop into small pieces. Dry the pieces in Sun. Then grind it into flour.
Soak the flour in water and mix salt also. Then mix with grated coconut and fill that mixture in the Puttu Maker and cook in steam.
