Bread omelette
Bread omlette is a nutritious food that adds additive value to our health.
Bread omlette is easy to prepare and it gives energy too.
Ingredients
? Egg – one
? Bread – four to five slices
? Small onion – one
? Green chilies – two to three
? Coriander chopped
? Salt as needed
Method of cooking bread omelette
1. Bread slices cut with sharp edged bowl at the centre of the bread.
2. Take an egg and break it. Beat lightly and add finely chopped green
chillies, onions and coriander.
3. Mix well all ingredients added
4. Place Centre removed bread on a preheated pan
5. Keep some amount of the mixture above in the centre of the bread that
was cut.
6. Then to get fixed on to the bread press the mixture lightly.
7. Allow the egg to be cooked and to get toasted on both sides turn the
bread other side.
8. Serve the bread omlette with little butter on top of the egg.
Hot bread omlette is ready to serve
