Bread upma receipe cooking
Bread upma is prepared with small pieces of bread and its an excellent
breakfast easy to prepare. It also consumes less time to prepare. It tastes
somewhat better than usual upma. But is healthy too.
? Eight bread slices
? 3/4 cup chopped onion
? One tomato sliced
? 3/4 tsp chilli powder
? Turmeric powder little
? one cup butter milk
? two green chilly chopped
? one tsp minced garlic
? one tbsp butter
? one tbsp oil
? One tsp mustard seeds
? Half tsp lemon juice
? Coriander leaves for decoration
? Salt as needed
Method to prepare Bread upma receipe
1. Take bread slices and cut in to small pieces.
2. Pour butter milk in a vessel.
3. To the butter milk add chilli powder and turmeric powder.mix well .
4. Put bread slices in to the mixture and keep it for 5 minutes. Use wide
container for soaking so that all pieces get dipped well.
5. Take a pan. Add oil and put mustard seeds. Add chopped onion and garlic.
6. Allow them to cook untill onion get golden colour.
7. Then add green chillies chopped, and chopped tomatoes and salt. Stir
8. After add the soaked bread and toast them.
9. Add butter and stir to get mixed well.
10. Bread should get mixed well with other ingredients. So mix thoroughly.
serve hot bread upma with different variety of chutneys.
