Bread oothappam recipe
Oothappam is a best south indian food and bread oothappam is a healthy
food receipe as it contains ginger, curd etc. it’s a crispy receipe
that children like most.
Ingredients
? 50 gm suji
? 1 green chilly
? 100 gm curd
? 1 ginger chopped
? Half tsp salt
? 1 big onion chopped
? Pinch soda
? 8 bread slices
? Finely chopped coriander
? 4 to 5 tsp oil
Method to prepare Bread oothappam recipe
1. Take a vessel and add suji, curd, green chillies chopped, pinch soda,
ginger and chopped coriander.
2. Keep the mixture for 2 to 3 hrs aside.
3. Make the paste such that it should not be too liquid or thick.
4. Add the chopped onions to the suji paste.
5. Heat the pan and keep the bread slice on it.
6. Spread the mixture evenly on the bread slice.
7. Turn the bread to next side and add oil to the surface of bread so
that it gets crispy.
8. Then serve the bread oothappam hot with tomato ketchup and coriander
chutney.
