Bread omlete making
Bread omlette is a nutritious food that adds additive value to our health.
Bread omlette is easy to prepare and it gives energy too.
Ingredients
? Eggs – two
? Bread slices - four
? Chopped onion – one
? Finely chopped green chillies – 3
? Red chilli powder – half tsp
? Finely chopped coriander leaves
? Salt to taste
Method
1. Take egg and beat well.
2. Add green chillies chopped, onions, red chilli powder, salt to taste
and coriander leaves, mix well.
3. Take a pan and heat it.
4. Sread the pan with oil.
5. Dip whole bread piece in the beaten egg mixture and place on the pan.
6. Toast the bread till it becomes brown.
Serve hot bread omlette with happy moments.
