Baby corn capsicum curry recipe is a gravy based corn-capsicum duo recipe,which is prepared by using the nutritious rich baby corns,capsicum,onions,tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,turmeric powder,masala powder,coriander powder,grated coconut powder,mustard seeds curry leaves,salt and oil .

Baby corn capsicum curry Ingredients

• Baby corn – 3 sticks
• Capsicum -1
• Onion – 1
• Tomato – 1
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tspn
• Chilli powder – 1 tspn
• Turmeric powder – a pinch
• Masala powder – 1 spoon
• Coriander powder – ½ spoon
• Grated coconut – 3 spoons
• Mustard seeds and urad dhal – 1 tspn
• Curry leaves – a few
• Salt and oil – As required

How to prepare to cook baby corn capsicum curry recipe
Cut baby corn into small pieces
Cook the baby corn pieces in the pressure cooker by adding little water,salt,turmeric powder .
Chop capsicum
Chop onions
Chop tomatoes
Grate coconut & grind coconut with water to remove coconut milk ,keep aside the coconut milk .

Method of cooking Baby corn capsicum curry recipe
In a preheated pan ,add oil – add the mustard seeds,urad dhal ,once it splutters,add the curry leaves,onions, and capsicum ,fry till onion turn golden brown in color,now add the tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft .Now add the ginger garlic paste ,chilli powder ,masala powder,coriander powder and salt ,fry till the raw smell of the masala disappears ,now add the cooked baby corns and fry for some time ,now add required amount of water and cook for sometime ,finally add coconut milk into the baby corn gravy .Your baby corn capsicum curry recipe is ready to be served .
Baby corn capsicum curry is best to be served along with chapattis and naan .
