Aloo gobi fry recipe To cook aloo gobi fry you need to have good quality aloo (potato) ,choose aloo with out any black marks on it & the surface almost flat .Clean the gobi care fully ,better to clean in lukewarm salt water . Always wash the vegetables in running water ,now a days farmers use lot of insecticides ,so be careful while cleaning ,wash aloo and gobi two or three times . Ingredients for Aloo gobi fry recipe Aloo or Potato (peeled & cut into small pieces)) - 3 no • Peel Aloo & cube into small pieces
Now let us start to cook aloo gobi fry recipe ,heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds ,let it splutter ,now add onion chopped pieces ,tomato pieces ,chopped green chillies ,ginger garlic paste –saute the mixture until the mixture turns soft . Now its time to add the powder – like turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,kasthuri methy & salt with little water – mix the mixture well – cook it for few minutes so that the masala gets cooked and the raw smell disappears . Now its time to add aloo pieces & gobi pices to the above mixture –cook till the oil seperates – with in this time the aloo & gobi will be cooked well .
Now our aloo gobi fry is ready –now sprinkle it with garam masala . Transfer the gobi aloo fry to a serving dish .Serve hot gobi aloo fry
with chapattis .
