Aloo beans recipe
Aloo beans is a tasty & healthy recipe which is prepared with aloo & frech beans along with curds,tomato,garam masala,turmeric powder,cream,coconut etc.

Aloo beans recipe Ingredients
2 large aalu (potatoes)
12 french beans
3 tblsp. curds
2 tblsp tomato pulp
1 tblsp garam masala powder
1 large onion
A pinch turmeric powder
2 tblsp dairy cream
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tblsp chopped green coriander
2 tblsp finely grated coconut
3 tblsp butter
salt to taste.

Preparation of Aloo beans

• Peel potato & cut into small pieces
• Clean beans & cut into large pieces
• Chop onion fine
• Make tomato pulp/use readymade pulp
• Grate coconut
• Chop coriander leaves
• Keep ready all other ingredients for aloo beans receipe

How to cook Aloo beans

Now let us start cooking alu beans receipe,place kadai over the stove ,when the kadai is hot add butter & fry onion slices in hot ghee till onion turn to golden in color .Now mix curd,tomato pulp,chilli & garam masala powder ,turmeric powder –fry for few minutes .

Now add potato pieces & beans ,add 2 cups of water –salt to taste allo to simmer till the vegetables are cooked & the oil seperates .Now mix dairy cream –Now the aloo beans masala curry is ready – transfer the aalu beans curt to a serving dish & sprinkle grated coconut & chopped coriander leaves on top

Serve the aaloo beans recipe hot with chapattis or with plain rice.
