Method of cooking Aaloo Palak gravy recipe . Switch on your stove & heat oil in a pan and fry onion till it turn
golden color ,now add cumin ,coriander powder,chilli powder & turmeric
powder - & be careful to avoid any burnings of masala powders . Now add the potato pieces to the pan & sauté for a while –
add little water & salt , close the pan with a lid to cook the potatoes
,after the potatoes are almost done ,add paalak pieces & mix well
& simmer till all the vegetables cooked well & the oil seperates
,it may take 15 to 20 mins .
