This an Indian chicken recipe with boneless chicken . Let us have look into the main ingredients required to cook this Indian Chicken Manchoorian receipe ;boneless chicken,ginger,garlic,onion,green chillies,chilli powder,soy sauce,tomato ketchup,cornstarch,pepper to taste,cilantro leaves etc.


1 lb of boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and minced
4 large cloves of garlic, finely minced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
6 small green chilies, cut in half lengthwise
1 tsp chili powder
4 tbsp soy sauce (light or low sodium is fine)
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup of water
½ cup of oil (vegetable or canola)
salt and pepper to taste
cilantro leaves, finely chopped for garnish
toasted sesame seeds for garnish

How to prepare to cook Indian Chicken Manchoorian recipe
• Clean boneless chicken thighs ,cut into one inch pieces
• Mince ginger
• Mince garlic
• Chop onions
• Cut cgillies half length wise
• Cho cilantro leaves
• Toast sesame seeds (to garnish)
• Marinate the chicken for 2 hours in a marinade prepared by mixing salt,pepper,half of garlic & ginger – Mix well chicken and the marinade & keep aside in a refrigerator .
• Make a slurry using water and cornstarch ,mix them well to make a smooth batter,and pour this mixture above the marinated chicken & ensure that chicken pieces are well covered with this batter & fry these chicken pieces in a big pan in oil to golden brown & crispy on all sides –drain the fried chicken pieces and keep it aside

Method of cooking Chicken Manchurian Indian style
Use the same pan which we have used to fry chicken ,we will use the oil left on the pan to fry the chillies,onion and remaining ginger and garlic ,fry them in medium heat .Fry till onion turns brown .Now add the chilli powder,soy sauce and tomato ketch up .Reduce the heat to minimum and check the seasoning .If it is ok add the fried chicken pieces and stir ,cook the gravy & adjust the water depending on your need of gravy’s thickness .Now the Chicken Manchoorian Indian style is ready ,garnish it with toasted ssame seeds & chopped cilantro .
Chicken Manchoorian recipe is well to be served along with green chutney .
