hot & would not irritate the stomach .

chicken recipe .Chicken,dhania leaves,pudina leaves,onion,ginger
garlic paste,green chillies,curd,dhania powder,jeera powder,chilli powder
Here is a list of ingredients required for cooking dhania chicken or coriander
chicken recipe .
1 kg chicken
2 large bundles dhania leaves
1 bundle pudina leaves
3-4 large onions
2-3 ginger-garlic paste
3-4 green chillies chopped fine
1/4 kg curd
3-4 tsp dhania powder
1 1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Preparation of Dhania chicken or coriander chicken recipe
• Clean chicken & wash ,cut into pieces of required size
• Prepare the marinade by mixing half of the curd,red chilli powder,&
salt – Marinate chicken for 15 mins in this marinade .
• Chop onions
• Chop coriander leaves
• Make giner garlic paste
• Chop green chillies
• Keep ready all other ingredients for dhania chicken
Method of cooking dhania chicken
In a pan heat oil & add onions & sauté till it tun transparent
,now add ginger garlic paste and sauté for while ,now add the green
chillies ,dhania powder,jeera powder and mix properly ,drain the chicken
and add to the above cooking mixture ,fry for another 5 mins in high flame
,stir in between to avoid sticking ,add the curd left over from the chicken
marinade and the other half of the curd too & mix well ,now add dhania
and mint leaves and mix well .
Cook till the gravy boils ,once it boils ,reduce the flame to minimum,close
the pan with a lid & cook till the chicken pieces are fully done .
