Chicken Shashlik recipe is little bit different chicken recipe from other recipe,the shashlik chicken is prepared in a special method of cooking ,if have microwave oven you could grill chicken while cooking shashlik chicken .
The ingredients required for shashlik chicken are boneless chicken,capsicum ,onions,tomatoes,lemon juice,pepper,soya sauce etc .
The list of ingredients required for cooking chicken shashlik recipe are given below .
500 gms boneless chicken breast
2 capsicum
2 medium onions
2 medium tomatoes
1/4 cups lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
oil for deep frying
Preparation of Shashlik chicken recipe
• Clean & cut chicken into one inch pieces
• Cut onion into cubes
• Cut capsicum into cubes
• Cut tomatoes into cubes
• Make the marinade to marinate chicken by mixing lemon juice,salt,black
pepper,soya sauce & hot sauce in a bowl – Marinate chicken using
this marinade and keep it aside for 3 hours .
Method of cooking Shashlik chicken recipe
Skew chicken and vegetables closely on bamboo skewers , Heat oil in a big pan,fry skewers for 10 minutes till the chicken change its color and vegetables turn soft ,remove the skewers from the oil & put it in on abosorbant paper ,now our Shashlik chicken is ready to be served ,garnish chicken shashlik with lemon pieces & mint leaves .
Chicken shashlik chicken is best to be served with mint chutney .
