Chicken saag recipe is another chicken recipe which use butter ,this
is a spicy chicken recipe ,milk is also an ingredient in Chicken Saag
recipe .

Ingredients
• 3 lbs chicken pieces, skinned and cubed
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 large onions, minced or extremely finely chopped
• 1 (400 g) can crushed tomatoes
• 1 inch ginger, minced
• 4 tablespoons milk
• 48 ounces spinach, washed & chopped
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 2 big cardamom pods
• 2 whole cloves
• 7 tablespoons oil
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 tablespoon water
Preparation of Chicken Saag recipie
• Clean chicken & cut into cubes
• Fry the chicken in 4tbs oil for mins & when chicken cubes
turn light brown ,drain chicken pieces & keep aside
• Mince garlic,
• Finey chop onion
• Crush tomatoes
• Mince ginger
• Chop Spinach
• Cook spinach with water & cool & grind cooked spinach
,keep aside the spinach paste .
• Keep ready all other Chicken saag ingredients
Method of making Chicken Saag recipe
In a pan heat oil ,add ginger ,garlic & onions ,fry till light brown
,now add tomatoes,salt,cayenne pepper,ground coriander,turmeric,cloves,cardamom
,sprinkle very little water close pan with lid of the pan cook for 10
mins on a low hot .
Open the lid & add chicken pieces & milk to the pan ,simmer for
10 minutes till the chicken softens ,now add spinach paste ,& garam
masala ,cook till the spinach starts to stick to the pan ,remove the pan
from heat ,add butter & cover it with a lid – Our Chicken
saag recipe is ready to be served .
